Day 1: AREQUIPA - CHIVAY - CABANACONDE - SAN JUAN DE CHUCHO

Our private service and guide will pick you up at your hotel at 3:00 a.m. for a 3-hour bus ride to the town of Chivay, where we will have breakfast. Afterward, we will continue to the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint, where we will spend approximately one hour observing the flight of the world's largest bird.

After watching the condors in flight, we will continue to the town of Cabanaconde (3,400 meters above sea level), from where we will begin our approximately 4-hour hike, descending 1,200 meters to reach the village of San Juan de Chuccho (2,200 meters above sea level). Located on the right bank of the Colca Valley, we will rest while contemplating the extraordinary view of the canyon walls and share pleasant moments with the locals.

Day 2: SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO - COSNIRGUA - MALATA - SANGALLE

After breakfast, we will continue our journey towards El Oasis (Sangalle, 2,100 m.a.s.l.), passing through the villages of Cosñirgua and Malata (2,450 m.a.s.l.). In these areas, we will find a variety of fruits and have the opportunity to interact with the locals, who are always ready to exchange words and share pleasant moments with visitors. The village of Malata is characterized by its 17th-century church. After an average hike of 3 hours, we will arrive at Sangalle, where we can enjoy its natural pools at 24°C. Enjoy the charm of the place while we wait for lunch, then have the afternoon free until dinnertime. At night, weather permitting, you can appreciate a breathtaking sky filled with stars.

Day 3: SANGALLE - CABANACONDE - CHIVAY - PUNO

This day we will wake up very early, at 4:00 a.m., to begin the ascent to the town of Cabanaconde, which takes approximately 4 hours. At the beginning, we will need the light of our flashlights, but as the morning progresses, the dawn light will illuminate the path. Once in Cabanaconde, we will have breakfast and board our transport, which will take us to the town of Chivay. There, we will have the option of visiting the La Calera thermal baths (40°C) and having lunch before beginning our journey to Puno, making stops along the way to enjoy this beautiful Andean landscape.
