Santa Cruz Trek

Day 1: Arrival in Huaraz (3100 m.a.s.l.), check-in at the hotel. After breakfast, we will depart for Laguna Churup (4450 m.a.s.l.) to acclimatize. The afternoon will be free to check camping equipment for the Llanganuco-Santa Cruz Trek. Overnight in a hotel in Huaraz.
Day 2: Transfer: Huaraz - Vaquería (3850 m.a.s.l.). Start of the hike, approximately 3 hours to Quebrada de Paria (3810 m.a.s.l.).
Day 3: Quebrada Paria (3810 m.a.s.l.) - Taullipampa (4250 m.a.s.l.). Today we will cross the Punta Unión pass (4750 m.a.s.l.), from where there is an impressive view of the Cordillera Blanca.
Day 4:
Taullipampa (4250 m.a.s.l.) - Llama Corral (3760 m.a.s.l.). We will pass by the Jatuncocha Lagoon (3900 m.a.s.l.) and Ichiccocha (3850 m.a.s.l.). You will be able to see the snow-capped peaks of Quitaraju, Alpamayo, Pucahirca, Taullipampa, Artesonraju, Santa Cruz, etc.
Day 5:
Llamacorral (3760 m.a.s.l.) - Cashapampa. We will descend along the Santa Cruz ravine on a hike of approximately 3-4 hours. Transfer to Huaraz and check-in at the hotel. End of our service

Meals include omelets, soups, fresh fruit, avocado, pasta, meat, and rice, all rich in carbohydrates necessary to compensate for the physical exertion of the trek. Hot drinks are also provided, including coca tea, which is excellent for altitude sickness.
